Meet Your Instructor Christine Lowry

With two graduate degrees in special education and a Montessori credential, Christine aligns her current knowledge in cognitive, neuro, and educational science with her deep understanding of Montessori philosophy. She has worked with a wide diversity of learners in public and private schools, including two intentionally inclusive Montessori schools she founded and directed, while teaching and supporting faculty at the toddler through upper elementary levels. She has extensive experience working with adolescents in several mental health programs. Christine is well-known for her outline courses that Montessori teachers and school leaders find to be practical and doable solutions for meeting their goals. She is appreciated for her collaborative and supportive approach to coaching educators and leaders and her ability to consult with a “big picture view” as Montessori schools work toward creating Montessori for ALL. Powered by Developing Education

Developing Education is revolutionizing how educators approach their practice by going beyond traditional professional development to address the whole educator - mind, spirit, and pedagogy. Founded by visionary educators who refuse to accept the status quo, we create transformative experiences that empower educators and leaders to become the change agents our students desperately need. Through our Breaking the Paradigm podcast, Provocations magazine, and courses like this one, we're building a movement of educators who don't just tinker at the edges but fundamentally reimagine what education can be. When you invest in a Developing Education course, you're not just gaining skills - you're joining a revolution.
